Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with the company's regulations, the Ministry of Commerce law in Kuwait, and to ensure customer satisfaction, buyers can exchange or return products purchased from Patchwork Studio within a specified period of 14 days from the purchase invoice date, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition upon receipt. If the product has been used by the buyer or shows any damage altering its original condition or appearance, the buyer cannot request a return or exchange.
  • The original invoice and product identification card must be presented when requesting a return.
  • Goods or services made specifically for the buyer's requests and preferences, such as custom-made items, cannot be returned or exchanged for a new request. These items were tailored to the buyer's desires and requirements, making it impractical for the company to benefit from or resell them again.
  • Fabric or batting that have been cut cannot be returned or exchanged, as they were cut according to the buyer's specifications. However, pre-cut and packaged backing or fabrics can be returned according to conditions specified in article number one.
  • The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods that were purchased if they do not meet standard specifications or have a non-apparent defect upon purchase.
  • The buyer does not forfeit their right to exchange or return goods purchased during promotional periods, except in case of non-compliance with article number one of the return and exchange policy.
  • The buyer has the right to receive a refund for returned goods using the same payment method or another mutually agreed upon method.
